Creative Industries Youth Advisory Group
The Creative Industries Youth Advisory Group, an initiative of the Australian Government's Office for Youth, offers a significant opportunity for young individuals to shape policies and programs within Australia's vibrant arts, entertainment, and cultural sector. This group actively contributes to the "Revive: a place for every story, a story for every place" National Cultural Policy, a comprehensive five-year plan aimed at revitalising the sector with a strong emphasis on youth representation and participation. This opportunity is for young people passionate about the creative industries, providing a platform to advocate for diverse voices, improve career pathways, and address accessibility barriers for marginalized groups in the arts. The intended outcome is to ensure that young creatives play a pivotal role in the renewal and future direction of Australia's cultural landscape.
