    • Work collaboratively with state-based representatives who may source local or regional opportunities, providing guidance on standards, timelines, and relevance

    • Coordinate workflows across teams to ensure consistency, accountability, and timely delivery

    Website, Platforms, and Back-End Systems

    • Oversee the Opportune website and operational platforms, including uploading, archiving, and maintaining opportunity listings

    • Monitor website functionality and performance, escalating technical issues where required

    • Maintain internal databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems related to opportunities and operations

    Operational Systems and Process Improvement

    • Maintain and continuously improve operational systems, including project management tools, shared drives, and internal workflows

    • Identify inefficiencies or gaps and propose improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and clarity across teams
