Secretary World Food Forum Australia Youth Chapter
The World Food Forum Australia Youth Chapter (WFF AYC) is seeking a voluntary and unpaid Secretary to ensure the smooth operation of the chapter and its advisory group. WFF is a global, youth led initiative established by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), focused on addressing critical challenges in global agrifood systems. The Secretary is a central administrative figure with significant operational oversight, providing key support in communication, documentation, and task tracking. Key responsibilities include preparing and circulating meeting agendas and minutes, supporting the operations of the advisory board, developing human resources policy, following up on action items, and supporting effective task management and project workflows. This role offers opportunity for growth and development. The time commitment is approximately 15 hours per month.
