Grants for LGBTQIA+ Initiatives
The HEY Grants program is an annual small grant round administered by the HEY Partners to fund LGBTQIA+ projects and initiatives across Victoria. The purpose is to support the further breakdown of barriers that exist for LGBTQIA+ young people in all spaces, not just LGBTQIA+ specific services. Funded activities should increase LGBTQIA+ young people's sense of belonging, pride in their identity, social connections, and access to safe, supportive spaces. Projects led by young people or with evidence of meaningful youth participation are prioritised.

Any organisation or project designed to support LGBTQIA+ young people in Victoria is encouraged to apply. Applications from outside of Victoria will not be considered. The grant has two categories: Youth-led projects (must be proposed and led by people under 25) and Social Connectedness projects.
