Dalai Lama Fellows Program
The Dalai Lama Fellows program is seeking 15–20 changemakers from around the world for its 2026 cohort. This is a year long, non-sectarian and inclusive program designed to empower social innovators to develop as compassionate leaders. The curriculum builds core competencies in Connections to Self, Connections to Others, and Connections to Ecosystems, processed through an online learning platform, coaching, and group calls. Fellows engage in a Compassion-in-Action social change project throughout the year, applying the curriculum and engaging in a daily contemplative practice. The fellowship requires about 12 hours per month of commitment, not including project work. DLF will cover all costs for travel, lodging, and meals for the mandatory 5-day Contemplative Leadership Assembly in May 2026. The program focuses on the individual's personal transformation and leadership practices, not solely on project measurable impact. Note: DLF does not offer funding for projects.
