Child Sponsorship Support Volunteer

Baptist World Aid Australia is an international development organisation committed to ending global poverty, working in 24 countries. This casual volunteer role offers the opportunity to be a valued part of the team, gain valuable experience in the not-for-profit sector, and directly contribute to the mission of helping Australians tackle the injustice of global poverty. The volunteer will work with the dynamic Regular Giving Team to help build the connection between sponsors and their sponsored children. Key responsibilities include reviewing profiles of children awaiting sponsorship and assisting with the development and production of annual updates sent to child sponsors, which inform them about the impact of the project over the past twelve months on the sponsored child, their family, and community. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to give their time and skills generously or those looking to gain valuable experience in the not-for-profit sector.
