Atlassian UX Researcher Internship

Atlassian is offering a 12-week, full-time UX Researcher Internship for students passionate about understanding people and creating exceptional user experiences. This internship invites candidates with a strong foundation in qualitative or quantitative research methods to work alongside Atlassian’s global product teams. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects, develop practical skills in user-centred design, and help shape tools used by millions worldwide. The program is hybrid and open to students across Australia.

• 👥 Eligibility

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Psychology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with expected completion before January 2027

  • Open to penultimate-year university students

  • Must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency

  • Must be available for the internship period

  • Demonstrated experience in qualitative or quantitative UX research methods

  • Skilled in data management and research communication
