The Aspire Leaders Program is a free, online leadership development program for limited-income and first-generation university students and recent graduates from around the globe. Designed to fit around your studies, this program offers two modules co-created with Harvard Business School and taught by Harvard University faculty. You'll gain valuable skills, join a global community, and unlock access to exclusive mentorship and funding opportunities. This is a chance to develop your leadership skills and connect with a network that can help you achieve your goals.

This program is for limited-income and first-generation university students and recent graduates aged 18–29.
You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or have recently graduated.
Please note that postgraduate students are not eligible.
