Youth Parliament Victoria Team Applications
The YMCA Victoria Youth Parliament is a program that gives young people a platform to be heard at the highest levels of the Victorian Government. Participants aged 16 to 25 work in teams to research an issue they are passionate about and draft a Bill to address it. These Bills are then debated and voted on in Parliament House, with all passed Bills being handed to the Minister for Youth. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in parliamentary processes, public speaking, and policy development, and to make a tangible impact on state legislation.
