Business Analyst Intern

KPay Group (KPay) is offering an internship opportunity to become a Business Analyst Intern. This is an in-person internship where interns are required to work 3 days per week, with flexibility around interns academic commitments. The is a hands-on role designed for someone who doesn’t want to just watch from the sidelines.

Throughout the internship, you will own a core analytical project that directly supports business strategy by turning raw data into actionable insights. Projects may include sales performance diagnostics or market and partner research. You will also help build and maintain automated dashboards, shadow the sales and partnerships teams to understand data in context and present your findings and recommendations to leadership.

  • Internship Schedule: Part-time, minimum 3 days per week on-site in Sydney.

  Work Requirement: Must be able to work on-site in Sydney at least 3 days per week.
  
  Location: Must be based in Sydney or able to commute/temporarily reside for required on-site days.

  Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, formulas such as VLOOKUP).

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data tools is a strong advantage.

  • No prior professional experience required, potential and attitude matter most.
