Korn Ferry Consulting Internship 2026
Korn Ferry is offering a Global Summer Internship Program that will run from June 2nd, 2026, to July 25th, 2026. This is a hybrid internship, and interns are expected to work from the Sydney office at least three days per week. The program is designed to give undergraduate students a strong professional foundation and may serve as a pathway to a full-time role with Korn Ferry in 2027.
Interns will work alongside Korn Ferry consultants and industry leaders on projects that may include market mapping, crafting client presentations, data analysis, and attending client meetings. Throughout the program, Korn Ferry will provide extensive support and guidance, practical training and development, while also providing opportunities to build a strong professional network.

Visa & Work Authorisation: Must have full work authorisation in Australia (Korn Ferry cannot sponsor visas)
Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid arrangement, attending the Sydney office at least 3 days per week
Education: Must be in your final year of study and expected to graduate with a credit (≥ 70) or above in 2027
Tech-Savvy: Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Skills and Competencies: Must demonstrate strong involvement in extracurricular activities while balancing academic commitments and must be naturally curious with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions for client challenges
