Emergency and Critical Care Internship w/ the Centre for Animal Referral and Emergency (CARE)

Greencross Vet Hospital – The Centre for Animal Referral and Emergency (CARE) is offering a 12-month full-time Emergency and Critical Care Internship. Interns will spend the majority of the program within the Emergency Department, with short rotations through other specialist departments. The internship includes a range of benefits designed to maximize learning opportunities and enhance the overall value of the program.

This internship provides an exciting opportunity for interns to immerse themselves in a fast-paced and highly rewarding discipline. The program focuses on providing extensive clinical exposure, structured mentorship, and continuous education to build confidence, develop clinical competence and introduce interns to the academic aspects of emergency and critical care. In addition, this role may provide further opportunities for career progression within the field.

  Work Requirement: Eligible for registration with the Veterinary Practitioners Board of Victoria

  Education: A recent or new graduate with a passion for ECC.
