Charter Diligence, an Australian-owned SME recruitment agency and business consulting firm based in Sydney, is offering a Recruitment Consultant Internship. This opportunity is available as part of the company’s continued commitment to developing new talent and supporting emerging professionals who wish to gain meaningful exposure to the recruitment industry.

This in-person internship provides hands-on experience across key recruitment functions, the chance to build essential professional skills, and an introduction to the broader operations of the firm. The program has been structured to deliver a genuine educational experience in line with Fair Work Commission guidelines for internships.

    • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communicaton skills.

    • Organisational Ability: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

    • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and comfortable using various online tools and platforms.

    • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    • Initiative: Proactive, willing to lean, and embrace new challenges.
