Weaving Change uses an unconference methodology, a facilitation approach where participants set the agenda on the day. Instead of pre-booked speakers or fixed sessions, attendees propose the conversations they most want and need to have. This creates a dynamic, responsive space for collaborative problem-solving, peer learning, skill-sharing and strategic action grounded in real-world practice.
